WOW.... Seeing a lion in Liwonde National Park is so rare (there is literally one resident family in the park) and some of Team Malawi 2012 have seen it... FANTASTIC!
Lots of singing and dancing and lots of meat consumed at a BBQ last night and at breakfast this morning a monkey took a pancake off of one of the students plates!!
They are having a wonderful time!

So looking forward to seeing those pics! Not long to wait now...
ReplyDeleteWhat a truely wonderful experience for them all! Thank you to everyone! Particularly the teachers who have given up their time to take them. And thanks Caroline for posting news - it's very much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to hearing all about it early Weds morning and seeing the pictures. Thanks to Caroline for the blog and major thanks to Mair, Pete and Peter too. You brave souls, you.
ReplyDeleteI'm the 79 year old grandfather of Chris Schmidt, living in the mountains of Colorado and I retired computer consultant. I want to extend my grateful thanks for all the efforts of everyone involved in this worthwhile project. My morning project was to click on the LP Malawi 2012 project for the news and photos. Again thanks again for your fantastic work. Ed Molloy
